Designed for systems with dual energy sources, providing control over a heat pump’s heating & cooling plus reliable backup line voltage electric heat. The kit includes a 7-day programmable thermostat, a 120/240V 20A electric heat relay, and a 24V heat pump relay.

ThermaLink wireless RF thermostat is more than just a thermostat. It wirelessly controls any 24V Heat Pump or Conventional System and also communicates with a line voltage electric heater for backup electric heat. Better comfort through better engineering with the most adaptable dual energy source heat pump thermostat on the market.

Meets State Energy Code requirements by incorporating automatic controls that prevent emergency electric heat from activating unless the heat pump fails to maintain the setpoint within a designated timeframe. Additionally, it meets code requirements by utilizing optional RF sensors to limit operation based on room occupancy or outdoor air temperature conditions

With optional RF sensors, it can detect when people are in the room or when a window or door is left open, adjusting the temperature accordingly.

The optional RF Outdoor Sensor can be paired to limit electric heat from operating when the outdoor air temperature is within the effective range of the Heat Pump.

Plus, multiple rooms can  be paired to an optional wireless master switch, allowing the entire building to be set back with the push of a button.
