Hoot WIFI Support – Do You Have A Dual Band Router?

If YES, Do you see both networks? 2.4G and 5G

1. Which network are you trying to connect to?
2. If you attempted to connect to the 5G network please Reset device (Holding down the Power and Up Button until you see RST or DEL).
3. Hoot WIFI only supports 2.4G networks. Repeat Setup with 2.4G network.

If NO, Please reach out to Internet Service Provider to have them split out the networks.

1. Reset thermostat. Holding down the Power and Up button until you see RST or DEL
2. Repeat step 1 for connecting your thermostat using 2.4G network.
