Do you have a dual-band router?
If YES, Do you see both networks? 2.4G and 5G
- Which network are you trying to connect to?
- If you attempted to connect to the 5G network please Reset device (Holding down the Power and Up Button until you see RST or DEL).
- Hoot WIFI only supports 2.4G networks. Repeat Setup with 2.4G network.
If NO, Please reach out to Internet Service Provider to have them split out the networks.
- Reset thermostat. Holding down the Power and Up button until you see RST or DEL
- Repeat step 1 for connecting your thermostat using 2.4G network.
