The ECO2S remote electronic temperature sensor can be placed anywhere in the room and maintains highly accurate temperature settings by continuously transmitting an RF signal back to the heater’s on-board controller. Because the sensor is remote, it is not influenced by the internal heat generated by the heater, which is the primary cause of large temperature swings associated with built in thermostats. In addition, the sensor is battery operated and can be placed anywhere in the room, like the coldest spot next to an exterior wall or right next to wherever you are. The ECO2S controller is a proprietary microprocessor developed over several years of testing by King that controls every aspect of the heater. This advanced controller continuously monitors the performance of the heater, making adjustments to use the least amount of energy possible at all times, saving you money without sacrificing comfort. Other advanced features include: Timer mode; Fan only; Temperature differential adjustment; Fan Delay; LED brightness adjustment; Display Lockout, ECO indicating light, Display alarms, and a Low battery indicator.
