Overview

Property-management thermostat kit that sets back heat when a window or door is opened.

The Window Watcher kit is designed for residential housing projects, motels, ski resorts and managed properties where open windows or doors can drive unnecessary heating costs. The kit includes a thermostat, one window contact and 50 ft. of low-voltage wire for installation.

When the remote contact opens, the thermostat automatically sets back to 40°F. When the window or door closes, it returns to the occupant setpoint. WR non-programmable and WRP programmable kits are available for 120V and 208/240V applications.
