SmartWave® – 1 LAMP/Plug-In

The King RK Plug-In SmartWave® carbon fiber radiant heater transfers heat directly to people and objects without first heating the surrounding air. Its CarbonIQ carbon fiber element produces high-output, medium-wave infrared energy with a soft visible orange glow, providing strong radiant warmth with less visible light than short-wave infrared heaters.

The integrated electronic controller provides high and low heat settings plus a 24-hour timer. A handheld IR remote control with wall holder allows convenient adjustment and can operate multiple RK heaters. The 1,500 W, 120 V model includes a 6 ft. cord with a 15 A grounded plug for simple connection.

Built for indoor and outdoor applications, the heater carries an IP55 water- and dust-resistant rating and uses aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless-steel construction for corrosion resistance. Included adjustable wall/ceiling brackets allow positioning from 0° to 45°; chain mounting is also supported with chain supplied separately.
